How do I measure torso length?
From C7 vertebra (the bony bump at base of neck) down to the iliac crest (top of hip bones). Have someone measure with a flexible tape, standing straight.
Can I size up for growth?
Adjustable harness models accommodate 2-3 inch torso growth. Fixed-back models can't grow. Kids' packs often have grow-with-me adjustments.
